When we use the internet and go to websites, there are ways for us to talk to others. But how do you know who you are really talking to? It's important to be safe when talking to other people.

Here are some rules to remember when you are talking or sending messages online:

1) Don't put personal information about yourself in your username (age, year born, town, etc)

2) Don't talk to people you do not know or are unsure of

3) Always talk to your parents about what you are doing online

4) Never give out your personal information (name, address, phonen number, etc.)
